When you close the Flow Mobile Surveying app, it will still be running in the background.
Sometimes you may need to restart the app. Here's how:
1. Tap the square button to see running applications.
2. Swipe up to fully close the app.

2. Swipe up to fully close the app.
iPhone version X and above
1. Swipe from the bottom of the phone upwards.
Note: Don't swipe too far, or you'll be taken back to the home screen!
2. Swipe up the Flow Mobile Surveying app to fully close the app.
The app isn't always closed when you think it is. Only by viewing the running applications will you know what is running.
