Are there any setup fees?

No, unlike other software providers, our software has no setup cost. You pay the monthly license fee, and that's it!

What is the cost of the software?

Our reporting software is £100/mobile license/month, plus any additional taxes in your country. There are no hidden fees.

Is there a minimum contract term?

There's no minimum term, it's a monthly rolling subscription; you can pause or cancel your account at any time. When you sign up, you will need to agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Does every user require a license?

No. You only require a license for mobile app users; office-based users do not require a paid license and can use the dashboard free of charge.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial if you upgrade within the same month we set up your account. During this time, we will remove any 'trial version' watermarks so you can issue reports to your clients.

What happens to my data if I pause or cancel my account?

Pausing or cancelling your account will not affect your data. We will keep it safe until you want to use the software again.

Can my reports be customised and re-branded?

Yes, we can customise your reports and include your company branding free of charge. We also offer a Cover Page Design Service, which is free of charge to all clients.

Can I use my existing report format?

Yes, we can work with you to digitise your existing templates. Get in touch for details.

Do I pay extra for additional report templates?

There's no extra cost if you want access to additional report templates from our template library (including modifications). If you need something fully bespoke, we may charge for the development, get in touch for a quote.

Is there a limit on how many reports I can create?

No, there's no limit on how many jobs or reports you can create. It's all included in the subscription.

What if I'm using another software?

We want to make the transition to Flow as easy as possible. So if you're tied into a contract with one of our competitors, we can credit your account to prevent you from double-paying for software.

Do you offer discounts?

No, we don't offer discounts. We treat our customers the same and believe our software is priced well.
