Short version: hidden fields are NOT saved.

Some forms use logic to show and hide fields based on what you enter.

If you enter data into a field, then hide it, the value is not saved.

For example:

• You select Limited Access on an inspection.
• The form then shows the Access Notes field, you enter some data.
• You go back and deselect Limited Access.
• The Access Notes field is hidden and will not be saved.
