Adding Signatures on the Mobile App

Signature fields allow users to sign their name with a stylus (or finger, we don't judge) on the Mobile App.

Adding Signatures on the Dashboard

Signature fields behave in the same way as image fields on the Dashboard. For the best effect, signatures should be handwritten using a pen with dark high quality ink on white paper. This can be scanned (or at a push photographed) and saved to your computer, then added to reports.

Note: We can help you create suitable images of your signature so get in touch if this is something you'd like to do.

The Flow Team can also create a Quick Fill to speed up your Sign Off, so you don't need to input your name and re-upload your signature every time.
