You can create draft jobs on-site with minimal information. This is helpful when you need to carry out an ad-hoc job but don't have access to the internet or a computer to schedule the job first.

Unlike jobs scheduled in the normal way using the Dashboard, draft jobs aren't yet complete. So you need to add the missing details on the Dashboard when you get back to the office.

Searching for draft jobs

1. Log into the Dashboard.

2. Select "Draft Jobs" from the filter.

3. Draft jobs will appear in the Job List as normal. Any missing details are highlighted.

Converting draft jobs to regular jobs

Because a draft job isn't yet complete, you'll need to add the missing job details before you issue the report to your client.

Hopefully, you wrote some helpful identifying information in the 'notes' field when you created the draft job; this should jog your memory and help you complete the missing job fields.

1. Edit the job.

2. Scroll down to view the notes.

3. Input the missing details (Client, Address, Project and Pipeline).

4. Save the job.
