Flow Mobile Surveying 'mobile' licenses are linked to users not devices. This provides flexibility when you need to switch between different devices.

Transferring a Mobile License Between Users

You can easily move mobile licenses around via the Dashboard Users page. For example, if a surveyor is on holiday, you could give their mobile license to a substitute surveyor until they return.

Simply remove the license from whoever no longer needs it (by unchecking that user's 'mobile' input)

Then assign the mobile license to the user who needs it (by checking their mobile' input)

Licenses are Not Linked to Specific Devices

We don't lock licenses to a specific mobile device, so there's no concept of transferring licenses between devices.

In other words, multiple users could use the same device by logging out and back in again as their own user.

You can install the app on multiple devices, but you can't be logged into two devices with the same user at the same time. Having the mobile app installed onto several devices is handy in case something happens to your primary device and you need to use a backup device to complete a survey.

To install the app onto a new device download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and log in with your email address and password.

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it on your new phone or tablet.
