In this video we explain how to identify overdue or upcoming re-inspections.
It's a legal requirement to re-inspect properties periodically in many compliance industries. For asbestos surveys, re-inspections take place every 12 months.
To make these jobs easy to find, you can apply a tag at the time of the original inspection, describing the time-scale for the re-inspection:

💡 Note: Only users with 'admin' permission can create and edit tags. Learn more about user permissions.
You can use Flow Mobile Surveying's powerful search feature to identify overdue or upcoming re-inspections from your Jobs List.
Navigate to the Jobs List and start typing the name of the tag in the search bar, then select the appropriate tag.

You can now chain on an additional search to identify only the jobs that are over 1 year old.
You can use natural language to search, such as "1 year ago".

This will narrow the search results to jobs with the re-inspection tag, that also have a 'Due On' date at least 1 year prior to the current date.
💡Hint: try searching "11 months ago" to see jobs that are nearing their re-inspection due date.
Once you've scheduled your re-inspection visit, you can copy a previous report, cherry-pick the elements you want to keep, and paste this into the new job to save even more time on-site.
