
When the Mobile App has been unable to upload an image 5 times, it stops attempting to upload the image and stores it in the upload queue.
If you notice missing images on your reports or images that appear stuck on the Media Uploads page of the Mobile App you can instruct the app to retry the upload.
1. Log in to the Mobile App.
2. Tap the Menu Icon.
3. Tap Media Uploads.
4. Tap the Refresh Icon.

After you tap the refresh icon — and assuming you have an internet connection — the Mobile App will start uploading the images.
