Sometimes a spreadsheet contains several pieces of information in a single column, such as building, level, and location data.

When mapping this column you can use Split Column to separate the data into individual virtual columns which can then be mapped to the separate fields.

1. Select Split Column.

2. In the new field that appears set the name of the virtual columns and the delimiters.

TIP: Using the field names as virtual column headers allows the system to automatically map the data
