Material Quick Fills speed up data entry for Asbestos Surveys —this time saving feature fills in the Material, Product Type, and Surface Treatment, based on our interpretation of the HSG 264.

Please note: Material Quick Fills do not complete the Extent of Damage/Deterioration, as this will change from item to item.

Quick Fills (like presets) are maintained by the Flow team and are specific to individual templates. So you'll only see Quick Fill options that have been added to your templates.

Note: To add Quick Fills to your templates, get in touch with our support team. We'll send you a list of suggested materials and scoring to review, but we're happy to adjust or add any materials you need.

Using Quick Fills

You'll see the Quick Fill Icon in any section of a report where they have been added.

1. Tap the Quick Fill icon.

2. Select the option you require.

3. Once you tap the Quick Fill option, the Material, Product Type and Surface Treatment will be automatically completed, according to how the Quick Fill has been configured.

4. Fill in the rest of the required form data and save the record.

Note: You can still change the scoring for any item that you believe should be different.

Note: If data entered via Quick Fill will replace any manually entered data, you'll see a warning like the one below.
