If your bank card has expired or your bank has changed, you'll need to update your billing details.
Otherwise, your account will be automatically downgraded when your next payment fails.
Note: Billing is only available to 'Admin' users. Learn more about User Permissions
1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. In the navigation bar, click on Billing
3. Click on Change Payment Method
Alternatively, Share the Billing Link with whoever is responsible for managing payments.
4. On the Billing page, select either Card or Bacs Direct Debit
5. Complete and Save the form.
Billing details can be updated from the "Billing" section of the dashboard by an Admin user.
Once updated, subsequent payments will be automatically taken from the new payment method.
