
Within the Users Page, there are three access levels you can grant users: Admin, Dashboard, and Mobile.

The highest level of access, so be selective about who you give this permission. Users with Admin permission can access the following features:
Note: These features require Dashboard access. Admin users are automatically granted Dashboard access too.
Ability to carry out office-based tasks like scheduling jobs, completing quality control checks, and creating reports. They can:
Ability to collect survey data on-site using a mobile phone or tablet device.
Note: Only users with 'Mobile' access require a licence. Read more.
You can update user permissions as follows:
1. Open the Dashboard.
2. Browse to the Users page.

3. Select the relevant user (this will open the side menu).
4. Toggle the permissions as required.
5. Click Save.

The users permissions are instantly updated.
Users with 'Mobile' access require a license in the Billing page.
If you are removing Mobile access from a user, and it is no longer needed, be sure to reduce the number of licences to avoid overpaying.
